I know it,
I’m not where
I’m supposed to be,
I hear it
I see it,
I’m nowhere--
I’m not with Thee.

I’m somewhere 
Deep so deep
I can barely see,
And the peace I seek
Seems miles from me.

Pluck me from this well
Dark so dark
I need a light to see,
And set me on the path
This alone I plea.

I feel it
I know it
It’s where I must be,
I hear it
I see it,
It’s exactly where--
